BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

Appointed as President Commissioner for the first period based on the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of the Company on October 14, 2022 to serve until the GMS for the Financial Year 2026.

Completed his Bachelor Degree in Medicine, Sriwijaya University and Master Doctorate in Public Health, University of Indonesia. His previous positions were President Director of BPJS Kesehatan (2014-2021), President Director of PT Askes (2013-2014), and Board of Commissioners of PT Askes (2008-2013).

Appointed as Independent Commissioner for the first period based on the Resolutions of the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on 29 July 2020 to serve until the 2024 Fiscal Year GMS.

He earned a doctorate at the Faculty of Medicine, Sriwijaya University, Palembang before becoming the Presidential Doctor of the Republic of Indonesia until now. Completed medical education specialist studies in Anesthesiology & Intensive Therapy at UGM & Masters in Hospital Management at the same University. His previous positions were Director of Operations at PT Pertamedika Holding Company Group RS Pertamina (2014-2017), Presidential Doctor (2014-present) and Expert Staff to the Board of Directors of PT Pertamedika (2014)

Appointed as Commissioner for the first period based on the Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for Fiscal Year 2021 on May 11, 2022 to serve until the GMS for Fiscal Year 2026.

Finished the study of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in 1995 from Colorado State University (CSU) of the United States of America, Master of Science (MSc) in 1990 from Colorado State University (CSU) of the United States of America, and Veterinarian (drh) from Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) in 1998. In addition to that, he also finished the study at the National Resilience Institute of The Republic of Indonesia (Lemhannas RI) (PPSA-18) in 2012.

He is the Government’s Spokesman and Coordinator of the Expert Team of the COVID-19 Handling Task Force, Coordinator of the Expert Team of Foot and Mouth Disease Handling Task Force at BNPB, Member of Board of Trustees of the University of Indonesia, as well as Lecturer and Professor of Health Policy at the University of Indonesia’s Faculty of Public Health. In addition to that, he is also the founder of Indonesia One Health University Network.

In the international world, he is the member of One Health High Level Expert Panel (OHHLEP) from WHO, FAO, WOAH, UNEP, and also an Adjunct Professor at Tufts University of the United States of America.

Appointed as Commissioner for the first period based on the Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for Fiscal Year 2020 on April 28, 2021 to serve until the GMS for Fiscal Year 2025.

Completed his Masters in Law from the University of Indonesia and his Bachelor's degree from the University of Borobudur. His previous positions were Assistant Deputy for Risk Management and Compliance at the Ministry of SOEs, Commercial Director at PT Petrokimia Gresik (2017-2021), Commissioner at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) (2014-2017), and Assistant Deputy for Risk Management and Compliance at the Ministry of SOEs. Republic of Indonesia (2021 - present)

He is completing his MBA Finance Degree in San Diego University and Bachelor Degree of Marketing , San Diego State University. His previous positions were Managing Director Strategic Ops Indonseia Investment Authority (2023 - present), PT Bank Permata Wholesale Banking Director ( 2017-2023) and President Director PT Bank Andara / Bank OKE Tbk (2015-2017)

She is completing his Bachelor Degree in Universitas Jayabaya. Her previous positions were Corporate Secretary PT Bravo Alam Synergy (2019-2023) and Corporate Secretary PT Sojitz Indonesia (2000-2019)

Completed his Bachelor Degree, Gadjah Mada University and Master in Business & Management, Hanzehogeschool, Gronigen, The Netherlands. Serving as the Minister Special Staff of Inter-Institutional Relations, Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia. His previous positions were Commissioner of PT Inalum (Persero) from 2021 until now and Corporate Secretary of Mining Industry Holding (2018-2021).
