Kimia Farma participated in the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Promotion of the 2024 Pharmaceutical Industry Maturity Commitment held by the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM), on Tuesday (29/09/24). This activity is in order to increase the pharmaceutical industry's compliance with applicable regulations and standards, to ensure safety, efficacy and quality, as well as increasing the competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry.
At this event, the signing of the Commitment to Increase the Maturity of the Pharmaceutical Industry in Indonesia was signed. Also present from Kimia Farma Group were Hadi Kardoko as Production & Supply Chain Director of PT Kimia Farma Tbk and Pamian Siregar as Main Director of PT Kimia Farma Sungwun Pharmacopia.
Apart from that, there were booth exhibitions for several pharmaceutical industries that had a good level of maturity as well as exhibitions of radiopharmaceutical product development plans, one of which was the Kimia Farma Sungwun Pharmacopia booth which was visited by the Head of BPOM RI, dr. Taruna Ikrar, M. Biomed., MD., Ph.D. Industries participating in the exhibition are deemed to have been able to demonstrate the latest development innovation products including medicinal raw materials, medicines and biological products.
