Jakarta, October 11th, 2022 - PT Kimia Farma Tbk strengthens the step of innovation through cooperation with the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). Kimia Farma with BRIN has commenced the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that covers research, development, assassment and application as well as invention and innovation in the health sector. The signing event was attended by PT Kimia Farma Tbk's President Director, Mr. David Utama with Board of Directors, and BRIN's Acting Deputy of Research & Innovation Utilization, Mr. Dr. R. Hendrian, M.Sc and colleagues.
Kimia Farma with BRIN agreed to synergize the use of facilities and infrastructure owned by each party. In addition to that, Kimia Farma and BRIN also agreed to exchange personnel and/or expert staff as well as human capital development. Furthermore, commercialization and the usage of research and innovation results are also the scope of the MoU signed in Jakarta, Tuesday (11/10).
Kimia Farma and BRIN are determined that with the signing of the MOU, there will be collaboration and optimization of every potential owned by both parties to establish and succeed in innovations and inventions so there will be more products and innovative services created by the children of the nation that can be downstreamed and used to strengthen the nation's health.
